The training is performed by experienced paramedics, an obstetrician and first aid instructors from our team. We do care about the high quality of our training, the professional approach towards each trainee as well as we particularly focus on its practical part to make it as similar as possible to the real conditions.
The programme of the course includes teaching prospective parents to provide first aid to pediatric patients. We focus on children and infants and all aspects related to life-threatening conditions and medical emergencies in children.
At the end of the training each participant receives a certificate confirming the completion of a first aid course in the scope of pediatrics, performed on the basis of the latest regulations of ERC (European Resuscitation Council).
During the course we use the latest equipment and high confidence medical simulators by means of which we increase the realism of the performed rescue procedures and at the same time provide the possibility of assessing the quality of resuscitation activities perfromed by each trainee with the use of monitoring appliances.
Additionally, during each training session we address specific issues such as :
- First aid – legal aspects
- Personal safety and the safety of the patient
- Rescue patterns and procedures
- A successful calling for emergency services by means of emergency call
- The basic equipment of the home first-aid kit.
- The psychology of fist aid
- First aid in children – important psychological aspects for parents
